Privacy Notice – ALPHA BITE
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable provisions of Mexican legislation on Data Protection, SOFTATRIX, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, ALPHA BITE) provides the USER of the website https://alpha-bite.com/ and/or its services, with this PRIVACY NOTICE regarding the processing of PERSONAL DATA.
After reading the PRIVACY NOTICE, if the USER continues to use the services of the WEBSITE, they will be expressly and voluntarily accepting the processing of their PERSONAL DATA. If the USER disagrees with the PRIVACY NOTICE, they must leave the WEBSITE.
I.- Definitions
PRIVACY NOTICE: The document shared by ALPHA BITE on its website to establish guidelines for the protection of the USERS’ data who access the WEBSITE.

PERSONAL DATA: Identification data of the USER, as well as those voluntarily provided by them when requested by the WEBSITE, including: (i) Full Name; (ii) Personal Phone Number; and (iii) Email Address.
LAW: The Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

USER: Identifiable natural or legal person accessing the WEBSITE and communicating their personal data through it or its available services.

- Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Data
The PERSONAL DATA requested and collected through the WEBSITE will be used for the following purposes necessary for the service requested by the USER:

- Marketing: We use your personal data to send you emails or other communications about features, products, and services that may interest you. You may modify or unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Additionally, the USER’S PERSONAL DATA will be used to provide better service regarding offers, quality, changes, fulfill obligations with customers or suppliers, and generally inform about ALPHA BITE’s products and services.
If the USER does not wish for their PERSONAL DATA to be processed for additional purposes, they must request the limitation of its use via the CONTACT email.
- How Personal Data is Collected
For the purposes outlined in point IV of this PRIVACY NOTICE, PERSONAL DATA may be collected when:
- The USER provides them directly;
- The USER visits the WEBSITE or uses the online services contained therein; and
- Information is obtained through other sources permitted by the LAW.
PERSONAL DATA collected directly, as per point 1, may include, among others:
- Full Name.
- Contact information: email, phone number, cell phone number
- Bank account data
- Payment information and methods
PERSONAL DATA collected as per point 2 may include:
- Information from devices or computers from which the user accesses the site and other automatically captured data (such as browser type or version and connection data)
- Internet IP address the user uses to connect to the site’s services
- Transactional information and movements within the site (purchases, payments, returns, claims, billing, tax data)
- Certain information about users’ and visitors’ activity within our website and applications, such as the URL they came from, pages visited within the site, searches performed, among other information.
- Information about the user’s location or geolocation
PERSONAL DATA collected as per point 3, such as phone or business directories, may include:
- Information collected for fraud prevention and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Data used for identity validation, obtained from reliable and secure sources.
- Limiting Personal Data
The USER may limit promotional or advertising messages if they do not wish to receive them. To do so, the USER must send an email to atencion@alpha-bite.com specifying the type of messages they do not wish to receive.
VII. ARCO Rights
The USER has the right to access, rectify, and cancel their PERSONAL DATA, as well as to oppose its processing or revoke the consent given for such purposes as established in the introductory part of the PRIVACY NOTICE.
The USER can make their request by sending an email to atencion@alpha-bite.com or in writing to the following address: Mexico City. The request must specify the ARCO right (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) being requested.
VIII. Transfer of Personal Data
ALPHA BITE commits not to transfer your information to third parties, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the LAW and, if applicable, to make the mentioned transfers under the conditions specified therein.
Article 37. National or international data transfers may be carried out without the consent of the owner when one of the following conditions applies:
- When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party;
- When the transfer is necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment, or the management of health services;
- When the transfer is made to parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under the common control of the responsible party, or to a parent company or any company of the same group as the responsible party that operates under the same internal processes and policies;
- When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of the owner, by the responsible party and a third party;
- When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice;
- When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process; and
- When the transfer is necessary for maintaining or fulfilling a legal relationship between the responsible party and the owner.
If the USER does not object to the transfer of PERSONAL DATA, it will be understood that they have given their consent for this. The USER may express their opposition via email: atencion@alpha-bite.com.
- Update and Modification of the Privacy Notice
ALPHA BITE reserves the right to make modifications or updates to the PRIVACY NOTICE at any time to comply with legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of services or products.
Updates will be available to the USER through this PRIVACY NOTICE or via email to the last address they provided directly on the WEBSITE.
- Cookies and Web Beacons
We inform you that the WEBSITE uses COOKIES and WEB BEACONS to obtain information about the USER such as:
- Browser type and operating system.
- Internet pages previously visited by the USER.
- The links the USER follows.
- IP address.
- Among other related information.

The protection of data sent through the WEBSITE cannot be guaranteed 100%, but ALPHA BITE commits to making every effort to safeguard the information.
XII. Complaint for Misuse of Personal Data
If the USER believes that their right to the protection of PERSONAL DATA has been violated by any conduct or presumes that there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the LAW in the processing of PERSONAL DATA, the USER may file the corresponding complaint or report with the IFAI.

XIII. Right to Deletion of Personal Data
The data subject has the right to request the definitive deletion of all their personal data. To exercise the right to delete personal data, the data subject must send an email to: atencion@alpha-bite.com.
This email must contain the following:
- The name, address of the data subject, and means of contact to receive the response.
- Documents that prove their identity (INE, Passport, etc.)
- Clear description of the personal data to be deleted
ALPHA BITE will respond to the request within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to respond to your claim within the mentioned term, we will inform you of the situation and the reason for the delay.
